STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA, YOUR RIGHTS AND APPEAL

Storage and Destruction

Our company has established a Storage and Destruction Policy for the storage and deletion of personal data. Storage and destruction of your personal data are carried out within the scope of this policy. Accordingly, if a period is determined to store data in the KVKK or the relevant laws and other relevant legislation, the said data must be kept for at least this period.

The storage period of data is determined by adding a period of 6 months to 1 year to the periods stipulated in the legislation for the storage of your data, taking into account the possibility that a possible court request or a request of an administrative authority authorized by law regarding the relevant data reaches us late, or that a conflict that we may be a party to occurs. At the end of the specified period, the data in question is erased, destroyed, or anonymized.

If the legislation does not constitute a period for the storage period of the data we process; your data will be erased, destroyed, or anonymized without any request after the ten years of limitation of action from the end of our legal relationship.

If all the processing conditions for personal data have been eliminated or the storage period declared by us or determined within the scope of the legislation has expired, your data will be erased, destroyed, or anonymized ex officio on the first periodic destruction date or within six months at the latest. If you request the erasure of your data for a valid reason, your data will be erased within 30 days at the latest to the extent legally possible. If you request the erasure or destruction of your data before the legally specified periods, your request will not be fulfilled.

to object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of your personal data, which leads to an unfavourable consequence for you,

Requests

If you wish, you can submit your applications and requests regarding your personal data using the Related Person Application Form:

By sending it to the Yeşilce Mahallesi, Yunus Emre Caddesi, No: 8, İç Kapı No: 1 Kağıthane - İSTANBUL with a wet-ink signature and a copy of the ID,
By personally applying to our Company with a valid identity document,
By sending it to our registered e-mail address map360@hs03.kep.tr using a registered e-mail (KEP) address and secure electronic signature or mobile signature; or
By sending it to our kvk@map360.world address from your e-mail address previously notified to our company and registered in our system.

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the name and surname, signature (if the application is written), ID number (passport number if the applicant is a foreigner), residence or workplace address for notification, if any, e-mail address, telephone number and fax number and information about the request are mandatory.

Requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of someone else will not be considered.

Your claims regarding your personal data are evaluated and answered within 30 days at the latest from the date they reach our Company. In case your application is evaluated negatively, the reasons for the reasoned refusal will be communicated to you via e-mail or postal mail, if possible, to the address you specified in the application, by the method in which the request was made.
